I have lived at Adelaide Place for over a year now. The most important to me is that they all try to make you feel that this is your home. All the staff are the same --kind, caring, & positive. If you need anything you just call #0 on the phone & help will arrive. I just came from exercise class but I also go to the pool or to the movie in the evening. When I walk thru the halls they all no my name & I feel their support. I do not know how it could be better.

The Adelaide Team have done a wonderful job of keeping the residents safe during this pandemic. They have tried to create memorable events on special days when family and friends cannot be with their loved ones. They have communicated current statuses to the residents and families to keep everyone apprised. Staff have been friendly, safe and caring including visits with the residents during this challenging time. A special thanks to Courtney and Carly for their care and attention!

My Mom has been a Resident at Adelaide Place for 3.5 years and I can say, without a doubt, what a great decision she made; she truly moved from one "Home" to another. I've visited Mom often and contacted staff by phone as needed; on all occasions, she & I have always been warmly received. The extra effort to make her feel special and "at home" (eg her unique coffee request) and genuine kindness consistently shown seem effortless. Over the past 5 months of pandemic, I have been astounded and comforted by the thorough and imaginative lengths Adelaide Place Administrators and Staff have been willing to go, to ensure all Residents' safety and well-being. My Mom has been experiencing slow cognitive decline over the past few years and her increasing need of support and patience, especially recently, has been generously and willingly provided. I will be forever grateful.

If I could give Adelaide Place a million star rating - I would! My father resides at this wonderful retirement facility and our family could not be happier with the care he receives. Under the direction of the most incredible leadership, Adrienne West runs this home in a very professional manner. She leads a team of wonderful staff that treats each resident with such dignity, respect and love. The staff and residents integrate so beautifully together that it's like one big, happy family! Thank you, Adelaide Place, for all you do!

My Mom has been living there for 4 years. The accommodations, services and even the dining is first class. She has been given the very best of care here. The staff are all so wonderful. They go over and above all expectations. This last few months has been a very trying time for everyone. Families are worried and concerned for our seniors. Adelaide Place has been proactive throughout this pandemic. I do not think that there was a safer place for my Mom. They have ensured not only her physical well being but have strived to aid with emotional and social well being. I have thanked my lucky stars, so very many times, that Mom is at home at Adelaide Place.

Adelaide Place Retirement Community is the perfect place for my mom to now call home. She loves her spacious suite and the comfortable common areas. The staff treat her like family and provide outstanding care and support. Although my mom is still very active and healthy, it brings her and our entire family great comfort knowing that she is in a safe and caring environment. We all appreciate the outstanding team at AP and thank them for their kindness and dedication.

My Mom moved into Adelaide Place in November, and the team has done a great job making her feel welcome and making sure to take care of all her needs. Mom isn't a big joiner for activities, but she has been gently persuaded to try a few things and has had a great time and made a few new friends. Mom enjoys the food, and really likes that there are choices, and not just one option pushed on you.The Pandemic has been challenging for all of us, but the Adelaide team really stepped up their game to make sure we could safely visit through a window, and safely get in some groceries and treats in for Mom's birthday. They take testing seriously, and are quick to curtail activities if there is even a hint of infection. Mom doesn't always like that, but if gives family members good comfort.Tish and Adrienne seem to always be available for a phone call or to return an email, and the whole team shows great care and understanding for the residents. Thanks Adelaide Place, for all you do.

My Mother has been at Adelaide Place since 2013 and I can’t say enough good things about the staff there! They are all so willing to help and extremely respectful at all times. My Mom is very happy there and it is a great home for her. As my Mom just turned 101, she is needing more care as time goes by. Adelaide Place staff go above and beyond the call of duty. I really enjoy visiting Adelaide Place. The staff are always so welcoming and always remember your name. They are especially appreciated during this pandemic and big kudos to the staff for their diligence and extreme caution during this trying time. Communication between the family and Adelaide Place has been terrific! We have appreciated all the Zoom visits and Hub visits with Mom. Thanks for making my Mom so comfortable! Stay healthy and safe during these troubling times. 💖
